The Central Elections Commissions in its today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions:

1. “On adoption of the guideline and the standard format of financial reporting of the election campaign for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to approve the standard template of financial reporting of the elections campaign for local government elections, the manual on the financial reporting by political parties of the election campaign and the manual on the financial reporting by the candidate for Mayor of the election campaign in local government elections.
2. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region Mr . Ares Ypi, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare the non-eligibility for MP in the Parliament of Albania of the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region  Mr.Ares Ypi.
3. “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Durres Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP in the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Durres Region, Mr. Krenar Rryçi.
4. “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament  Member of the Republic of Albania to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region , Mr.Kostaq Papa.
5. On review of the verification result of the Attorney general’s office for the public official Mr. Leonardo (Altin) Gjovalin Nikolli, member of the municipality council Mirditë, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions ”. The CEC decided to proceed with the confirmation of the seat of Mr. Leonardo (Altin) Nikolli, who holds the position of the member of Municipality Council Mirditë.
6. On verification of the statements made in the self declaration form of the candidate in the multi member list for Shkoder municipality council pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions”. The CEC decided to inform Shkoder municipality council pursuant to continue the procedures for the allocation of the seat to  the candidate in the multi member list of the subject Socialist Party of Albania Mr. Lush Kol Marku, to fill the vacancy in the municipality council.
7. “On establishment of some voting centers in private buildings for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to establish  some voting centers in private buildings for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
8. “On establishment of Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.1 Shkoder Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
9. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.2 Shkoder Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
10. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no 3, Shkoder Region for local government elections of June 30 2019”.
11. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ No.4, Shkodër Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
12. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.5, Shkoder Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
13. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.6, Shkodër Region  Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
14. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.8, Shkodër Region for local government elections of June 30,  2019”.
