The Central Elections Commissions holds its meeting on Wednesday, on 08.05.2019, at 10:00, with the following order of the day:
Review of the following draft decisions:
1. “On adoption of the manual and the standard format of financial reporting of election campaign for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
2. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region Mr. Ares Ypi, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term.
3. “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Durres Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania.
4. “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania.
5. On review of the verification result of Attorney General Office for the public official Mr. Leonardo (Altin) Gjovalin Nikolli, member of the municipality council Mirditë, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions”.
6. On verification of the statements made in the self declaration form of the candidate in the multi member list of Shkoder municipality council pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected ,appointed or who exercise public functions”.
7. “On establishment of some voting centers in private buildings for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
8. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center for EAZ no.1 Shkoder Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.
9. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.2 Shkoder Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.
