The Central Elections Commissions in  its today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions :

  1. “On  allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member of the Republic of Albania, to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,Tirana Region, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region Mr.Halit Valteri.
  2. “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist movement for integration Party, Korca Region, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania”. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Korca RegionMr. Vasil Strejovski.
  3. “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist movement for integration Party,Tirana Region to fill the vacancy  announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist movement for integration Party Tirana Region Mr . Edmond Stojku.
  4. “On release from duty and appointment of some members of the CEAZ for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to release from duty and appoint members in some CEAZs for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  5. “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no 9. No. 10, EAZ No.11, Kukës Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no 9. No. 10, No.11, Kukës Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  6. “On verification of the statements made in the self-declaration form of the candidate for mayor of Mat municipality, Mr.Agron Rufat Malaj pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions “.The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no. 16 to  continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for  Mat municipality, Diber Region, Mr Agron Malaj, proposed by the coalition ” Alliance for European Albania ” for local government elections of June  30, 2019.
  7. “On verification of the statements made in the self-declaration form of the candidate for  Mayor of  Polican Municipality,Adriatik Maliq Zotkaj, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 65, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of Polican municipality, Berat Region Mr. Adriatik Zotkaj proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  8. “On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate  for Mayor of Tepelenë, z. Tërmet Nuro Peçi në zbatim të ligjit nr.138/2015 ” On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions.” The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 77, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of Tepelenë, Qarku Gjirokastër, z. Tërmet Peçi, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30,2019.
  9. “On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor ofPustec Municipality, Mr. Pali Andon Kolefski,  pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ” On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions.” The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 69, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of Pustec Municipality, Korca Region, Mr. Pali Kolefski, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  10. “On verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of Finiq, Mr. Leonidha Hristo pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ” On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions.” The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 89, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of Finiq, Municipality, Vlora Region, Mr. Leonidha Hristo, indidpendent, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  11. “On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of Dropull, Mr. Dhimitraq Toli pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ” On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions.” The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 80, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of Dropull, Mr. Dhimitraq Toli proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  1. “On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of  Ura Vajgurore, Mrs. Juliana Memaj, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ” On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions”. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 62, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of Ura Vajgurore Muicipality, Berat Region, Mrs. Juliana Memaj proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June  30, 2019.
  2. “On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor ofGjirokastër Municipality, Mr. Flamur Golemi pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ” On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions.” The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 78, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of Gjirokastër Municipality Gjirokastër Region, Mr. Flamur Golemi proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  3. “On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of Fieri Municipality “Aleanca Për Shqipërinë Europiane”, Mr. Armando Subashi for local government elections of June  30, 2019”.  The CEC decided to register as a candidate for Mayor of Fieri Municipality, Mr. Armando Subashi, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June  30, 2019.

15.”On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of  Lushnje Municipality, proposed by the coalition  “Alliance for European Albania”, Mr. Fatos Tushe for local government elections of June  30, 2019 . ” The CEC decided to register as a candidate for Mayor of Lushnje Municipality, Mr. Fatos Tushe, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June  30, 2019.

16.“On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of  Kamëz Municipality , proposed by the coalition  “Alliance for European Albania, Mr. Rakip Suli  for local government elections of June  30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register as a candidate for Mayor of Kamza Municipality, Mr. Rakip Suli, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

17.”On verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of  Korçë Municipality Mr. Sotiraq Filo, proposed by the coalition  “Alliance for European Albania, for local government elections of June  30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register as a candidate for Mayor of Korçë Municipality, Mr. Sotiraq Filo, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

  1. “On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of Tiranë Municipality, Mr. Erion Veliaj proposed by the coalition  “Alliance for European Albania, for local government elections of June  30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register as a candidate for Mayor of Tirana Municipality, Mr. Erion Veliaj, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  2. “On verification of the statements made in the self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor ofVlorë Municipality, Mr. Dritan Leli, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania, for local government elections of June  30, 2019. The CEC decided to register as a candidate for Mayor of Vlora Municipality, Mr. Dritan Leli, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June  0, 2019
  3. “On verification of the statements made in the self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor ofElbasan Municipality,  Gledian Llatja, proposed by the coalition  “Alliance for European Albania, for local government elections of June  30, 2019. The CEC decided to register as a candidate for Mayor of Elbasan Municipality, Mr. Gledian Llatja   proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019

21.”On  verification of the statements made in the  self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor of Shkoder, Valdrin Pjetri  proposed by the coalition  “Alliance for European Albania, for local government elections of June  30, 2019 ”. The CEC decided to register as a candidate for Mayor of Shkodër Municipality, Valdrin Mr. Pjetri, Llatja   proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June  30, 2019.

  1. “On  allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member of the Republic of Albania, to the candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party,Tirana Region, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania after the resignation as MP of Mr. Rakip Bajram Suli. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party, Tirana Region Mr. Elio Kastriot  Hysko.
  2. “On  allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member of the Republic of Albania, to the candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party,Lezha Region, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania after the resignation as MP of Mr. Pjerin Ndreu. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party, Lezha Region Mrs. Adriana Hile Jaku.
  3. “On  allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member of the Republic of Albania, to the candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party, ElbasanRegion, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania after the resignation as MP of Nuri Belba”. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party, ElbasanRegion, Mr. Florenc Fatmir Spaho.

25.”On  allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member of the Republic of Albania, to the candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party,  Korçë Region,  fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania after the resignation as MP of Mr.. Ilir Telha Xhakolli. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party, Korce Region, Mr. Ardit Petrika Konomi.
