The CEC, in its today’s meeting reviewed  the following  draft decisions:

1. “On declaring as ineligible, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Elbasan Region, Mr. Kodhel Cala to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Elbasan Region, Mr. Kodhel Cala
2. “On declaring as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Fieri Region, Mr. Jakup Beqiri to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Fieri Region, Mr. Jakup Beqiri.
3. “On declaring as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkodër Region, Mr.Aurel Markaj, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkodër Region, Mr.Aurel Markaj.
4. “On declaring as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party in Tirana Region, Mr.Ndriçim Dushku, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party in Tirana Region, Mr.Ndriçim Dushku.
5. “On declaring as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Genci Gjylsheni, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Genci Gjylsheni.
6. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Fisnik Qosja, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term . “The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Fisnik Qosja.
7. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region Mr. Prel Gjoni, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term ”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region, Mr. Prel Gjoni.
8. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region, Mr. Denis Fani, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term ”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region, Mr. Denis Fani.
9. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Lezhë Region, Mr. Albert Loci, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term ”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Lezhë Region, Mr. Albert Loci.
10. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Durrës Region, Mr. Bujar Huqi, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Durrës Region, Mr. Bujar Huqi.
11. On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region, Mr. Ardit Cylybyli, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term ”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region, Mr. Ardit Cylybyli.
12. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Ahmet Prenci, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of  Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Ahmet Prenci.
13. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Durrës Region, Mr. Enri Ceno, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Durrës Region, Mr. Enri Ceno.
14. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Berat Region, Mr. Taulant Vrapi,  to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Movement for Integration Party,  Berat Region, Mr. Taulant Vrapi.
15. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Kristi Xharau,  to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Kristi Xharau.
16. “On registration as electoral subject of the Party for the Emigrants’ Rights Protection,  for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register the Party for the Emigrants’ Rights Protection, chaired by Mr. Ymer Kurti, as electoral subject running for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
17. “On registration of Democrat Liberal Union Party as electoral subject running for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC to register Democrat Liberal Union Party, chaired by Mr. Arian Starova, as electoral subject running for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
18. “On verification of the statements in the self-declaration form of the candidate in the multi member list for the municipal council of Kukës municipality,  Mr.Zenel Ismail Gjoka, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On  guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions”. The CEC decided to notify Kukes municipality council to continue with the procedures to give the mandate to the candidate from the multi member list of the electoral subject Legality  Movement Party, Mr. Zenel Gjoka, to fill the vacant seat in the municipal council.
19. “On release from duty and appointment of the member of the CEAZ  no.33, the secretary of CEAZ. no.33, the secretary of CEAZ no.35, for June 30, 2019 local government elections”.
20. “On appointment of secretaries in some CEAZs for June 30, 2019 local government elections ”.The CEC decided on appointment of secretaries and members in order to fill the vacancies CEAZs, by drawing the lot in its meeting ”.
