The Central Elections Commission, holds in its meeting on Thursday, on 18.04.2019, at 12:00, with the following order of the day:

Review of the following draft decisions:

1.    “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Region, Mr. Shkëlqim Hoxha,to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”.

2.    “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr.Besnik Fucia, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”.

3.    “On  declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist movement for integration Part Mr. Petrit Vargu, to fill the  vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”.

4.    “On registration of the Communist Party of Albania as electoral subject for June 30, 2019 local government elections ”.

5.    “On allocation of the mandate of Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Gjirokastër Region, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania”.

6.    “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Korçë Region ,to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania ”.

7.    “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist Movement for Integration Party,  Berat Region,  to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania”.

8.    “On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Tirana Region, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania.

9.    On verification of the statements made in the self declaration form for the municipality council of Rrogozhina, pursuant to the law no. 138/2015 ” On  guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected,  appointed or who exercise public functions”.
