The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting reviewed the following draft-decisions:

–         “On allocation of the mandate of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Elbasan Region, announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on the allocation of the mandate of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Elbasan Region, Mrs. Suzana Topi.

–         “On verification of statements in the self declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists of the municipality council of Fushë-Arrëz, CEAZ no. 08, following the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 08 to continue the procedure of registration of the multi-member list for the municipal council of Fushë-Arrëz, of Social Democracy Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

–         “On verification of statements in the self declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists of the municipality council of CEAZ no. 10,  following the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 10 to continue the procedure of registration of the multi-member list for the municipal council of Has, of Social Democracy Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

–         On verification of statements in the self declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists of the municipality council of Puka, CEAZ no. 07, following the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 07 to continue the procedure of registration of the multi-member list for the municipal council of Puke, of Social Democracy Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

–         “On verification of statements in the self declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists of the municipality council of Mat, CEAZ no. 16, following the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 16 to continue the procedure of registration of the multi-member list for Mat municipal council, of Social Democracy Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

–   “On verification of statements in the self declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists of the municipality council of Mat, CEAZ no. 16, following the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 16 to continue the procedure of registration of the multi-member list of Green Party, for Mat municipal council, in local government elections of June 30, 2019.

– “On verification of statements in the self declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists of Saranda municipality council, CEAZ no. 88, following the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 88 to continue the procedure of registration of the multi-member list of Greek Ethnic Minority Party, for Saranda municipal council, in local government elections of June 30, 2019.

–      “On verification of statements in the self declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists of the municipality council of Finiq, CEAZ no. 89, following the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 89 to continue the procedure of registration of the multi-member list for Finiq municipal council, of Greek Ethnic Minority for the Future Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

–         “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of the EAZ No.44, No.45, No.46, No.47, No.48, No.49, No50, No51, No52, No53, Elbasan Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.

–         “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of the EAZ  No.81, No.82, No.83,No.84, No.85, No.87, No.88, No.90, Vlorë Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.

–          “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of the EAZ No.74, No.75, No.76, No.77, No.78, No.79, Gjirokastër Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.

–          “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Elbasan Region,  Mr. Mikel Tabaku, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”.

–         “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Elbasan Region, Mr.  Vangjel Kallajxhiu to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”.

-“On allocation of the mandate of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on the allocation of MP mandate of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of the Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Selami Jenisheri.

–         “On allocation of the mandate of MP of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on the allocation of MP mandate of the Republic of Albania to the next candidate in the multi member list of the Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Besnik Troplini.

–        On review of  the verification result of the General Attorney’s Office on the public official Mr. Leonardo (Altin) Gjovalin Nikolli, member of Mirditë municipal council, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to confirm the mandate of Mr. Leonardo (Altin) Nikolli, in the position of member of Mirdita municipal council.
