The Central Elections Commissions in today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions :

  • “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.67, No.68 EAZ No.69, no.70, no.71, no.72, No.73, Korçë Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  • “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.7 Shkoder Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.
  • “On establishment of three voting centers in private buildings for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  • “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist movement for integration Party Tirana Region Mr. Kevin Orosman Topi, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist movement for integration Party,  Tirana Region  Kevin Topi.
  • “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Socialist Party, Gjirokastër Region Mr.Laert Seit Duraj, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term. The CEC decided to announce non-eligibility for MP of the Republic of Albania of the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist Party, Gjirokaster Region Mr. Laert Duraj.
  • “On registration of the candidate for Mayor of Durres Municipality Mrs .Valbona Simo Sako, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to register the candidate for Mayor of Durres Municipality Mrs. Valbona Sako proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  • “On registration of the candidate for Mayor of Lezha Municipality Pjerin Zef  Ndreu proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to register as Mayor of Lezha Municipality Pjerin Zef  Ndreu proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  • On verification of the statements made in the self-declaration form of the  candidates in the multi member list of Municipality Councils pursuant to the law no.138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  1. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 10 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Has Municipality Council, of National Unity Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  2. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 10 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Has Municipality Council, of Green Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  3. CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 10 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Has Municipality Council, of Liberal Democrat Union Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  4. CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 10 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Has Municipality Council, New European Democracy, for local government elections of June 30, 2019..
  5. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 17 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Klos Municipality Council, of Social Democracy Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  6. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 17 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Klos Municipality Council, Party of Denied Rights, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  7. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 17 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Klos Municipality Council, Moderated Socialist Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  8. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 20 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Krujë Municipality Council, Green Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  9. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 59 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Patos Municipality Council, Moderated Socialist Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  10. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 56 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Divjakë Municipality council, Socialist Party of Albania, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  11. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 8 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Fushë-Arrëz Municipality council, Demo-Christian Alliance Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  12. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 11 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Kukës Municipality council, Moderated Socialist Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  13. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 8 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Fushë-Arrëz Municipality council Christian Democrat Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  14. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no. 60 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Roskovec Municipality council, Socialist Party of Albania, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  15. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no .15 to proceed with the registration of the multi member list for Kurbin Municipality Council, Christian Democrat Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

  • The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 70 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor, Devoll Municipality, Korçë Region, Mr. Artur Porpollogu proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  • The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 01 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor, Malësi e Madhe Municipality, Shkodër Region, Mr. Tonin Marinaj, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
