The Central Elections Commission, in today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions:

  1. “On declaring as not eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party in Diber Region, Mr.Agron Qoku, for filling the vacant position announced by the Parliament of Albania due to early termination of the term of the Parliament member. The CEC decided to announce the non-eligibility for MP of the the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party in Diber Region, Mr.Agron Qoku.
  2. On declaring as not eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party in Elbasan Region, Mr.Fitmitar Zekthi, for filling the vacant position announced by the Parliament of Albania due to early termination of the term of the Parliament member. The CEC decided to announce the non-eligibility for MP of the the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party in Elbasan Region, Mr.Fitmitar Zekthi.
  3. On declaring as not eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party in Fieri Region, Mr. Dilaver Kamberaj, for filling the vacant position announced by the Parliament of Albania due to early termination of the term of the Parliament member. The CEC decided to announce the non-eligibility for MP of the the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party in Fieri Region, Mr. Dilaver Kamberaj.
  4. On declaring as not eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party in Fieri Region, Mr. Olsi Cukaj, for filling the vacant position announced by the Parliament of Albania due to early termination of the term of the Parliament member. The CEC decided to announce the non-eligibility for MP of the the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party in Fieri Region, Mr. Olsi Cukaj.
  5. On declaring as not eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party in Korce Region, Mr. Fatmir Guda, for filling the vacant position announced by the Parliament of Albania due to early termination of the term of the Parliament Member. The CEC decided to announce the non-eligibility for MP of the the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party in Korce Region, Mr. Fatmir Guda.
  6. “On registration as electoral subject of ”Socialist Party of Albania’’ for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register the Socialist Party of Albania, chaired by Edi Rama, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  7. On registration as electoral subject of ”Alliance for Democracy and Solidarity Party’’ for local government elections of  June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register the Alliance for Democracy and Solidarity Party, chaired by Gaqo Apostoli, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  8. On registration as electoral subject of ”Albanian Democrat Union Party ” for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register the  ‘Albanian Democrat Union Party’, chaired by z. Ylber Valteri  as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  9. On registration as electoral subject of ” Hour of Albania Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register the ‘Hour of Albania Party’, chaired by Mr. Zef Shtjefni as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  10. “On the procedure of control and verification of funding and expenses of political parties and election campaign funding and expenses.
  11. “On adoption of standardized templates of the audit report on the funds benefited and spent by political parties for the election campaign and the monitoring report of the election campaign”.
  12. “On some additions and amendments to the Instruction no.1, dated 31.05.2017, “On the use of propaganda materials and designated places for posting them during election campaign”.
