The CEC in its today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions:

  1. On an addition to the decision no.112, dated 27.03.2019 “On announcing the  result of the lot for the appointment of the licensed accounting experts who will audit the funds benefited and spent by political parties for the calendar year 2019”. The CEC decided to adopt the result of the lot and appoint the licensed accounting experts who will audit the funds benefited and spent by Equal List political party calendar year 2018.
  2. On registration  of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania (ASE) for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to register the coalition “Alliance for European Albania (ASE) for local government elections of June 30, 2019, with the following member parties:

The CEC decided to declare as noneligible the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Fieri Region Mr .Ermal Sefa”.
  2. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Durres Region, Mr.Blerim Vogli, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Durres Region Mr.Blerim Vogli.
  3. On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Elbasan Region Mr.Ismail Çala,to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term. The CEC decided on declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Elbasan Region Mr.Ismail Çala
  4. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Dibër Region Mr.Afrim Pocesti, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term. The CEC decided .to declare as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Dibër Region Mr.Afrim Pocesti.
  5. On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Fieri Region Mr. Klement Çela, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Fieri Region Mr. Klement Çela.

  3. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region Mr. Ylber Valteri, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”.The CEC decided on declaring as ineligible the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region Mr. Ylber Valteri “.
  4. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region Mr. Sokol Ruka, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region Mr. Sokol Ruka.
  5. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist Movement for Integration Party Tirana Region Mr.Fatos Kaja, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term . “The CEC decided on declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist movement for integration Party Tirana Region Mr.Fatos Kaja
  6. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Korce Region Mr. Gentian Çala, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible the next candidate in the multi member list of the Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Korce Region Mr. Gentian Çala.
  7. On allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Tirana Region, Mr. Indrit Hoxha.
  8. On allocation of the mandate of Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Durres Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party Durres Region, Mr.Kujtim Gjuzi.
  9. “On allocation of the mandate of Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Korce Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on allocation of the mandate of the Parliament Member to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Korce Region, Mr. Koçi Tahiri
  10. On verification of the statements in the self-declaration form of the candidate in the multi member list for municipal councils, pursuant to the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions ”.​ The CEC decided to confirm to the municipality councils continuation of the procedures for allocation of mandates to candidates in multi member list, to fill the vacancies in the municipality councils, as follows:
  • Dibër Region, Bulqizë Municipality, Mr. Vehbi Bodini.
  • Korçë Region, Devoll Municipality, Mr. Besmi Mulla.
  • Shkodër Region, Shkodër Municipality, Mr. Christian Demaj.
  1. “On release from duty and appointment of the secretary of CEAZ no.15, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided on the release from duty and appointment of the secretary of CEAZ no.15, proposed by the Socialist Party of Albania and to appoint Fran Nikoll Ndoj as CEAZ no. 15 Secretary, proposed by the Socialist Party of Albania.
