The Central Elections Commissions in today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions :

1.     Review of the election complaint no.58 filed by the electoral subject “National Conservatory Party Albania”.  The review of the complaint will continue on Friday meeting at 10.00 hrs with presentation of evidence and reevaluation and recounting of ballots in 11 voting centers that are the object of complaint.

2.     Review of the complaint nr.59 filed by Democratic Alliance of Albania Party. The CEC decided to leave in power the decision of the CEAZ.

3.     “On the release of voting result for the election of the Mayor of Shkoder Municipality,  Shkoder Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to adopt the Aggregate Table of Results for the election of the Mayor of Shkoder Municipality, Shkoder Region and to announce as winning candidate for Mayor of Shkoder Municipality Mr. Valdrin Pjetri, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania ”.

4.     “On the release of the voting result for the election of municipal council of Shkoder Municipality, Shkoder Region for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to adopt the Aggregate Table of Results for the election of municipal council of Shkoder Municipality,  Shkoder Region.

5.     “On the release of voting result for the election of the Mayor of Tirana Municipality,  Tirana Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to adopt the Aggregate Table of Results for the election of the Mayor of Tirana Municipality, Tirana Region and to announce as winning candidate for Mayor of Tirana Municipality, Mr.  Erion Veliaj, proposed by the coalition Alliance for European Albania.

6.     “On the release of voting result for the election of municipal council of Tirana Municipality, Tirana Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to adopt the Aggregate Table of Results for the election of municipal council of Tirana Municipality, Tirana Region.
