The Central Elections Commissions in today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions:

1.     “On review of the complaint no. 46 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party requesting the invalidity of elections inKëlcyrë Municipality”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

2.     “On the review of the election complaint no.47, filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party requesting the invalidity of elections in Korcë Municipality . The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

3.     “On the review of the election complaint no.48 , filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party requesting the invalidity of elections in Fier”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

4.     “On review of the complaint no.49 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party requesting  the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Prrenjas”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

5.     “On review of the complaint no. 50 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party requesting the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Librazhd”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

6.     “On review of the complaint no.51 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief  Party requesting  the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Rrogozhinë”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

7.     On review of the complaint no52. filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief  Party, requesting the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Belsh”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

8.     On review of the complaint no.53  filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on  announcing the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Elbasan”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

9.     On review of the complaint no.54 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief  Party requesting the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of “Vorë”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

10. “On review of the complaint no. 55, filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief  Party, requesting the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Krujë”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

11. “On review of the complaint no. 56, filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief  Party, requesting the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Kamëz”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

12. “On review of the complaint no. 57, filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party , requesting the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Has”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

13. “On review of the complaint no. filed by the independent candidate Leonidha Hristo requesting the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Finiq, Vlorë Region”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.

14.  “On review of the complaint no.15 filed by the electoral subject Albanian Emigration Party, requesting the invalidity of elections in the Municipality of Gramsh”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision.
