The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting, reviewed the following draft decisions:

  1. “On release from duty and appointment of the member of the CEAZ No. 27, release and appointment of the secretary of CEAZ no.70 for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  2. “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Fier Region, Mr. Almer Toska, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term.  The CEC decided to declare the non-eligibility as MP in Albanian Parliament of the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party, Fier Region, Mr. Almer Toska,
  3. “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party, Elbasan Region, Mr. Artmir Krasniqi, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term.  The CEC decided to declare the non-eligibility as MP in Albanian Parliament of the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Elbasan Region, Mr. Artmir Krasniqi.
  4. “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Tiranë Region, Mr. Dashnor Visha, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term.  The CEC decided to declare the non-eligibility as MP in Albanian Parliament of the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Dashnor Visha.
  5. “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Erald Shulla, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term.  The CEC decided to declare the non-eligibility as MP in Albanian Parliament of the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Erald Shulla.
  6. “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Durrës Region, Mr. Erzen Laçi, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term.  The CEC decided to declare as non-eligible for MP in Albanian Parliament, the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party, Durrës Region, Mr. Erzen Laçi.
  7. “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Hysen Kadiu, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term.  The CEC decided to declare the non-eligibility as MP in Albanian Parliament of the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Hysen Kadiu.
  8. “On declaring as non-eligible the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Vlorë Region, Mr. Jolio Dine, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term.  The CEC decided to declare the non-eligibility as MP in Albanian Parliament of the next candidate in the multi-member list of  Democratic Party, Vlorë Region, Mr. Jolio Dine.
  9. “On registration of ‘Alliance of Macedonians for European Integration Party” as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register Alliance of Macedonians for European Integration Party” chaired by Mr. Edmond Themelko as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  10. “On registration of “National Front Party” as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided on registration of “National Front Party”, chaired by Mr. Adriatik Alimadhi, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  11. On registration of “G99 Party” as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on registration of ‘G-99 Party’, chaired by Mr.Redi Shtino, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  12. “On registration of “Albanian Democratic Alliance Party”, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on registration of “Albanian Democratic Alliance Party”, chaired by Eduart Abazi, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  13. “On registration of ‘National Arber Alliance Party’ as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided on registration of ‘National Arber Alliance Party’ chaired by Mr. Gjet Ndoj, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  14. “On registration of ‘Democratic Belief Party’ as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30”. The CEC decided on registration of ‘Democratic Belief Party’, chaired by Mr. Astrit Patozi, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  15. “On registration of “New Albania Party” as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided on registration of “New Albania Party” chaired by Mr. Oltion Kordha, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  16. On registration of “People’s Alliance Party” as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on registration of “People’s Alliance Party” chaired by Mr. Artur Dojaka as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  17. “On registration of the Initiative Committee for organizing the process for nominating Mr. Fran Molla as a candidate proposed by the voters in the election zone of Tirana for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on registration of the Initiative Committee that will organize the process for nominating Mr. Fran Molla as a candidate proposed by the voters in the election zone of Tirana Municipality.

“On allocation to the MP mandate to the candidate in the multi-member list of the Socialist Movement for Integration Party, Berat Region, to fill in the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania”. The CEC decided to allocate the mandate of MP to the candidate in the multi-member list of the Socialist Movement for  Integration Party, Berat Region Mr. Klajdi Qama.
