The Central Elections Commissions, in its today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions:

1.         “On establishment  of some voting centers in private buildings for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.

2.        “On release from duty and appointment of the members of CEAZ no. 07, no.60, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.

3.        “On review of the election  complaint no.2, of the electoral subject ” Democratic Belief” on “Objection to the decision of  CEAZ no 46, on non-registration of the candidate for Mayor  Municipality, Mrs. Merita Xhika’, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.

The Central Elections Commissions voted with 3 votes in favor and 2 against on sustaining the election complaint  of Democratic Belief subject. The CEC decided to overrule the request and leave in power the decision of  the CEAZ no.46.

4.        “On drawing the lot to review of election complaint no.3, filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief.

After drawing the lot and reviewing the case, the CEC decided to sustain the request of the electoral subject Democratic Belief, on ” Objection to the CEAZ Decision no. 79, on non-registration of the multi member list of candidates for members of the municipality council of Libohovë Municipality, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. This request will be reviewed in the meeting scheduled on 27.05.2019, at 12:00.
