The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting, reviewed the following draft decisions:

  1. Reports of technical auditors on  appointment of technical auditors to supervise the process of drafting voters’ list for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.The CEC decided that the finding and recommendations were communicated to the General Directorate of Civil Status Office.
  2. ” On allocation of MP mandate to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on allocation of the MP mandate to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Tirana Region, Mr. Artur Roshi.
  3. “On allocation of MP mandate to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on allocation of the MP mandate to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region, Mr. Nikolin Staka.
  4. On allocation of MP mandate to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided on allocation of the MP mandate to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Shkoder Region, Mr. Zef Shtjefni.
  5. “On appointment and release from duty of the secretary and the member of CEAZ no.41, on release from duty and appointment of the member of CEAZ no.23”.
  6. “On appointment of chairmen and deputy  chairmen of CEAZs for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  7. “On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Fieri Region,  Mr. Altin Malokaj, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Fieri Region,  Mr. Altin Malokaj.
  8. On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Durres Region,  Mr. Ardian Kokomani, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Durres Region,  Mr. Ardian Kokomani.
  9. On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Tirana Region,  Mr. Dorian Teliti, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”. The CEC decided to declare as ineligible candidate, the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Tirana Region, Mr. Dorian Teliti.
  10. On declaring as ineligible candidate the next candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party,  Elbasan Region,  Mr. Gavrosh Zela, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania due to the early termination of MP term”.   11.   14. “On registration of Albanian Democratic Party of Reforms” as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided on registration of Albanian Democratic Party of Reforms”, chaired by Mr. Krenar Rryci, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019
  15. “On registration of Social Democracy Party as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to register Social Democracy Party, chaired by Mr. Paskal Milo, as electoral subject for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  16. “On registration of “The Solution” party as electoral subject for June 30, 2019 local government elections”. The CEC decided on registration of the party ” The Solution”  chaired by Mr. Koço Kokëdhima, as electoral subject for June 30, 2019 local government elections”.
  17. “On registration of the National  Reconciliation  Party ” as electoral subject for June 30, 2019 local government elections”. The CEC decided on registration of the National  Reconciliation  Party ” chaired by Spartak Dobi, as electoral subject for June 30, 2019 local government elections.
  18. “On registration of the Albanian Social Laborist  Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on registration of the Albanian Social Laborist  Party chaired by Ramadan Ndreka for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  19. “On registration of the Party Law and Justice as electoral subject for June 30, local government elections. The CEC decided on the registration of the Party Law and Justice chaired by Mr. Spartak Ngjela as electoral subject for June 30, local government elections.
  20. “On registration of the New Democratic Spirit Party as electoral subject for June 30, local government elections. The CEC decided on the registration of the New Democratic Spirit Party  chaired by Mr. Bamir Topi, as electoral subject for June 30, local government elections.

  23. On verification of the statements made in the self declaration form of the candidate in the multi member list for municipal councils pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected,  appointed or who exercise public functions”; notification of the municipality councils to continue with the fillin the vacancies in the municipal council as follows:
  • Elbasan Region, Belsh Municipality, Mr. Nexhip Elezi.
