The Central Electoral Commission in its daily meeting reviewed the following :

1. Project decision ‘On the review of the Plea Nr.3, presented by the Social Democratic Party, for the election of the Local Government Bodies, date 21.06.2015’,. The CEC has decided to review the complaint in the next ordinary meeting session .

2. Project decision ‘On the design of the Counting Centers, on certain E.A.Z. for the election of Local Election Bodies to be held on the 21.06.2015’ continuing as follows: C.E.C. approved the location of the Counting Centers for the following E.A.Z. :

-Prefecture of Shkodra, EAZ -8, 7,6,1,

-Municipality of Dropull, EAZ -80,

-Municipality of Memaliaj, EAZ – 76,

-Municipality of Libohovë, EAZ -79,

-Municipality of Gjirokastër, , EAZ – 78,

-Municipality of Tepelenë, EAZ .- 77,

-Municipality of Këlcyrë, EAZ – 75,

-Municipality of Përmet, EAZ – 74

CEC decided to verify the feasibility of the proposals concerning the designation of the Ballot Counting Center in the Prefecture of Shkodra, in the E.A.Z.-s nr.5, 4, 3, 2.

3-The project decision on the “Registration of candidates running for the Mayors in Municipalities and for the Municipalities Councils for the election of the Local Government Bodies of 21.06.2015”. C.E.C. decided on the registration of:

1. Mr. Viktor Tushaj as candidate for Mayor proposed by the ‘Alliance for a European Albania’ in the Municipality of Lezha

2. Mr. Albert Çaçi, as candidate for Mayor proposed by the Social Democratic Party in the Municipality of Fier

3. Mr. Gjergji Bojaxhi as candidate for Mayor proposed by the voters in the Municipality of Tirana

4. Mr. Vasil Bedinaj as candidate for Mayor proposed by the voters in the Municipality of Vlorë

4-The project-decision on ‘The verification of the multi member candidate list of the candidates for members in the Council of the Municipality of Durrës, deposited by the Social Democratic Party, which runs as an independent subject in the election for the Local Government Bodies of 21.06.2015”. C.E.C. decided to remit to the Social Democratic Party for corrections to the documentation the multi member candidate list for the Council of the Municipality of Durrës.

5-Project decision on ‘The constitution of the Media Monitoring Board for the monitoring of the electoral campaign on radios and public television and private ones, for the election of the Local Government Bodies of 21.06.2015’. C.E.C. decided the constitution of the Media Monitoring Board, composed of the following members:

1- Mr. Basir Çollaku

2- Mr. Florian Seriani

3- Mr. Maklen Misha

4- Mr. Vilson Kuçi

5- Mr. Rexhep Polisi

6- Mrs. Klarita Bajraktari

7- Mr. Andon Andoni

The first constitutive meeting of the Media Monitoring Board shall be held Friday the 08.05.2015, in the central offices of the Authority of Visual Media (AMA)

6- Project decision on ‘The release of their duties and appointment of members of certain CEAZ for the election of Local Government Bodies of 21.06.2015’

7-Project decision on ‘Drawing the lot of the administrative complaint nr.4 presented by the Social Democratic Party for the election to Local Government Bodies of 21.06.2015’. From the drawing resulted that the complaint shall be related to the CEC by the Chairman Mrs.Lefterie Luzi
