Statement by the CEC spokesperson regarding the appointments of the VC commissioners.
With reference to the updated information dated 21 June 2017, it results that 21 CEAZs have not completed the appointments of VCC members, because political parties that have the right to nominate VC commissioners, have not yet deposited to the CEAZs, the name lists with relevant documentation.
specifically: they haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
1- Shkodra Region, CEAZs which have not yet appointed the VCC members are:
CEZ 2 – SP, PD, PR haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 3 – PR hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 4 – PD, PS haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 5 – DP, SP, PR haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
2- Lezha Region, CEAZs which have not yet appointed the VCC members.
KZAZ 12- PR hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 13 – PR hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 15 – PR hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners
3- Elbasan Region, CEAZs which have not yet appointed the VCC members
KZAZ 47- DP, PS, LSI, PR haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
KZAZ 48- DP, PS, LSI, PR haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
KZAZ 49- DP, PS, LSI, PR haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 50 – DP, PS, LSI, PR haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
4- Durres region, CEAZs which have not yet appointed the VCC members.
KZAZ 22 – PR hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners
KZAZ 23 – PR hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 24 – PR hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners
5- District of Tirana, CEAZs which have not yet appointed the VCC members.
KZAZ 32 – PR hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners, while in the proposals filed by PD, there is  lack of documentation.
KZAZ 33 – PD hasn’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 39 – PS, LSI, PR haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
CEAZ 40 – Proposals filed by SP, PD, LSI, PR have shortcomings In the documentation.
6- Fier Region, CEAZs which have not yet appointed the VCC members.
KZAZ 56 – PD, PR haven’t brought any proposal for commissioners
7- Korca Region, CEAZs which have not yet appointed the VCC members.
CEAZ 67 – None of the parties (DP, SP, LSI, RP) have provided nominal lists with all necessary documentation.

The Central Election Commission appeals to political parties not to become an obstacle to the electoral process and to submit their proposals to Voting Center commissioners, as we are only 4 days before the election day, Meantime, CEC has distributed the electoral material base to the CEAZ-s which will distribute to the Voting Center Commissions.
