The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting reviewed and adopted the following draft decisions:  

1.     “On adoption of the short-term observers of OSCE/ODIHR to observe the local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to adopt the request of  OSCE/ODIHR, on accreditation of 150 short term observers to observe June 30, 2019 local government elections.

2.      “On release from duty and appointment of the members of CEAZs no. 14, 42, 43, 47, 56 and 89 and the nominally appointed secretaries of the CEAZs no. 24, 36, 54, for June 30, 2019 local government elections”.  

3.     “On adoption of the multi-member list of the citizens who are nominally appointed  as members of the VCCs for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.

4.     “On granting authorisation to change the location of VCs for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. 

5.     “On adoption of the reporters and operators of Vision Plus TV, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to adopt the request of Vizion Plus TV, on accreditation of 72 reporters and operators to observe June 30, 2019 local government process. 

6.     “On adoption of the reports and operators of Report TV report, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”. The CEC decided to adopt the request of Report TV, on accreditation of 57 reporters and operators to observe June 30, 2019 elections process .  

7.     “On adoption of the representatives of the news agency “Anadolu Agency” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to adopt the request of the news agency “Anadolu Agency”, on accreditation of two reporters to observe the elections process of June 30, 2019 .  

8.     “On an amendment to the Decision no 647, dated 24.05.2019, on adoption of long-term observers of KRIIK, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to adopt the request of KRIIK Albania on accreditation of 114 long-term observers to observe the election process of June 30, 2019. 

9.     “On adoption of the short term observers of the State Election Commission of North Macedonia, to observe June 30, 2019 local government elections”. The CEC decided to adopt the request of the State Elections Commission of North Macedonia to accredit 3 short-term observers to observe the elections process of June 30, 2019.

10.            “On adoption of the short term observers and the interpreters of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to adopt the request of the Congress of the Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, to accredit 19 short-term observers and 8 interpreters to observe the elections process of June 30, 2019. 

11.            “On review of the request of the Center for Development and Protection of the New Media, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to adopt the request of the Center for Development and Media for accreditation of 10 long term observers to observe June 30, 2019 elections process”.  

12.            “On verification of the forms in the self-declaration form of the candidate from the multi-member list for Municipality Council, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the people who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions”. The CEC decided to notify the municipality council to continue the procedures for the allocation of the mandate to candidates from the multi-member list, to fill the vacancies in the municipality council, as follows

–         Vlora Region, Saranda Municipality, Mr. Ndërtim Llanaj

–         Elbasan Region, Librazhd Municipality, Mr. Hajrie Muzhaqi

13.             “On review of the proposal to change the location of the Ballot Counting Center no.85 and EAZ no.87, Vlora region, for local government elections of June 30, 21019”.
