The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting , reviewed the following draft decisions:

  1. “On review of the complaint no.32 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Cërrik Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  2. “On review of the complaint no.34 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Shijak Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  3. On review of the complaint no.35 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Lezhë Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  4. “On review of the complaint no.36 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Bulqizë Municipality”. The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  5. “On review of the complaint no.37 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Kukës Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  6. “On review of the complaint no.39 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Tropojë Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against
  7. “On review of the complaint no.40 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Klos Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  8. “On review of the complaint no.41 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Tepelenë Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  9. “On review of the complaint no.42 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Selenicë Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  10. “On drawing the lot to review the complaint no.43 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Mallakastër Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.
  11. “On drawing the lot to review the complaint no.44 filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief Party on announcing the invalidity of elections in Gramsh Municipality”.The CEC decided to leave in force the CEAZ decision, with four votes in favor and one against.

In addition, the CEC drew the lot on the complaint no. 60, filed by independent candidate for Finiq Municipality, Vlorë Region, Leonidha Hristo. The complaint will be reported on the meeting to be held on July 11, 2019.
