The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting reviewed the following decisions:

  • “On allocation of the MP term of the Parliament of Albania to the candidate in the multi member list of Democratic Party, Vlora Region, to fill the vacancy announced by the Parliament of Albania. The CEC decided to allocate the seat of MP of the Republic of Albania, to the next candidate in the multi-member list of Democratic Party, Vlora Region, Mr. Ervis Meço.
  • “On verification of the statements in the self-declaration form of the candidates for Mayor, pursuant to the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions ”.​

  1. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no.61 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of Mallakastër Municipality, Mr. Qerim Ismail Ismailaj, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  2. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no. 44 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor, Peqin Municipality, Mr. Lorenc Xhevdet Tosku,  proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  3. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no. 85 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of  Selenice Municipality, Mr. Pëllumb Ismail Binaj, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  4. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no 19  to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of   Dibër Municipality, Mr.  Dionis Xhelil Imeraj, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  5. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no 11 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of  Kukes Municipality, Mr.  Safet Nebi Gjici, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  6. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no .17 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of Klos Municipality, Mr. Bedri Selman Hoxha, as an independent candidate, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  7. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no 56 with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of Divjaka Municipality,  Mr. Fredi Pandi Kokoneshi, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  8. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no 59 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of  Patos, Mrs. Rajmonda Mihal Balilaj, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  9. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no 6 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of  Vau i Dejës Municipality, Mr. Mark Ndoc Babani, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  10. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no.60 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of  Roskovec Municipality, Mrs. Majlinda Daut Bufi, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  11. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no. 89 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of  Finiq Municipality, Mr. Kristo Kiço,   proposed by the Ethnic Greek Minority Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  12. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no 67 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for Mayor of Pogradec Municipality Mr. Ilir Xhakolli, proposed by the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

  • “On verification of the statements in the self-declaration form of the candidate for members of Municipality Councils, pursuant to the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions “ for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  1. The CEC decided to register as candidate for Vlora Municipal Council, Mr. Baki Avni Jazaj, as independent candidate for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  2. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no. 74 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for municipality council of Përmet, independent candidate Mr. Klodjan Xhafer Mustafa.
  3. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no. 88 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for municipality council of Saranda, as independent candidate Mr. Mehmet Sheref Nelaj.
  4. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 64 to proceed with the registration of the candidate for member of Municipality Council, independent candidate Mr. Pavlo Koli Shkarpa.
  5. The CEC decided to inform CEAZ no 14  to proceed with the registration of the candidate for member of Municipality Council of Mirditë Municipality, independent candidate Mr. Fran Ndue Jushi.
