The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions:

  • “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no.86, Vlorë Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  • “On establishment of the Ballot Counting Center of EAZ no 33, No.37,  Tiranë Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  • “On review of the request of Mr. Gjergji Prifti, on registration of the multimember list of the candidates for members of the municipality council of the filed, for local government elections of June 30, 2019 in the municipalities of  Tiranë, Durrës, Elbasan. The CEC decided to reject the request of Mr. Gjergji Prifti on registration of the multi-member list of the candidates for member in the municipalities of Tiranë, Durrës, Elbasan, of Equal List Party.

  • “On return as incomplete the multi member list of candidates for members of the municipality council for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  1. The CEC decided to return as incomplete the documentation for the registration of the multi-member list of candidates for members of Municipality Council  Lezhë Municipality,  Hour of Albania Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  2. The CEC decided to return as incomplete the documentation on the registration of the multi-member list of candidates for members of Municipality Council Kamëz Municipality, of Social-democrat Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  3. The CEC decided to return as incomplete the documentation for the registration of the multi-member list of candidates for members of Municipality Council Korçë Municipality, of Social Democrat Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  4. The CEC decided to return as incomplete the documentation for the registration of the multi-member list of candidates for members of Municipality Council, Lezhë Municipality, of Albanian Democratic Alliance, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  5. The CEC decided to return as incomplete the documentation for the registration of the multi-member list of candidates for members of Municipality Council Kamëz Municipality, of Hour of Albania Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
  6. The CEC decided to return as incomplete the documentation for the registration of the multi-member list of candidates for members of Municipality Council, Vlore, New Democratic Spirit  Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.

– “On verification of the statements in the self-declaration form of the candidates for Mayor pursuant to the law no.138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of people who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions:

  1. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 26, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor,Vorë Muicipality, Mr. Agim Kajmaku, proposed by the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  2. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 79, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor  Libohovë Municipality, Mrs. Luiza Mandi proposed by the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  3. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no. 76, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor Memaliaj Municipality,  proposed by the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  4. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no.25, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor  Shijak Municipality, Mr. Elton Arbana”, proposed by the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  5. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 85, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of  Selenicë Municipality Mr. Shahin Celaj proposed by the Communist Party , for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  6. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 87, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor Bashkia Delvinë, Mrs. Majlinda Qilimi proposed by the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  7. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 52, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor, Librazhd, Mr. Kastriot Gurra proposed by the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  8. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no , to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor of Këlcyrë Municipality, Mr. Hazbi Kasaj proposed by Albanian Emigration for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  9. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 70, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor, Devoll Municipality, Mr. Ylli Cenkolli proposed by the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  10. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 43, to continue the procedures of registration of the candidate for Mayor, Mr. Haxhi Memolla, proposed by the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

  1. The CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no. 63, to proceed with the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council  Kuçovë, Moderated Socialist Party,  for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  2. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no. 11, to proceed with the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council  Kukës,  Democratic Alliance Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  3. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no. 78, to proceed with the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council  Gjirokastër, Moderated Socialist Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  4. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no. 78, to proceed with the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council Vorë, Green Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
  5. The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 11, , to proceed with the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council Kukes Municipality, Social Labour Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
