Today was held the Conference on “Local Ballot Counting.  Existing legal framework and best practices for its implementation”

This conference was organized by the Central Election Commission in cooperation with the OSCE Presence in Tirana and addressed the issues faced by civil society observers regarding the monitoring of the counting process.
