The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting reviewed the following draft-decisions:

1. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by National Unity Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members of Lezha and Tirana, of the National Unity Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
2. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Democratic Party for Integration and Prosperity, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members  in  municipalities of Durrës, Tiranë, of Democratic Party for Integration and Prosperity, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.  
3. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by National Arber’s Alliance,  member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality councils members in : Lushnje, Lezhë, Korçë, Vlorë, of  National Arber’s Alliance,  member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
4. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Socialist Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for members  in  municipality councils  of Lushnje, Elbasan, Lezhë, Shkodër, Korçë, Tiranë, Fier, Vlorë, Kamëz and Durrës, of the Socialist Party of Albania,  member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
5. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Christian-Democrat Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for members  in  municipality councils  of Lezhë, Shkodër, Durrës, Vlorë dhe Tiranë, of Christian-Democrat Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. 
6. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by National Front Party,  member of the coalition “Hope for Change”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for members  in  municipality councils  of Lezhë, Tiranë, Vlorë, of National Front Party,  member of”Hope for Change” coalition, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
7. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Hour of Albania Party, member of the coalition “Hope for Change”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for members in municipality councils of Tirane, Kamëz and Lezhë, of Hour of Albania Party, member of the coalition “Hope for Change”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. 
8. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Albanian Social Labour Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for members  in  municipality councils of: Lezhë, Tiranë, of Albanian Social Labour Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. 
9. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Alliance for Democracy and Solidarity,  member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
10. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for members in  municipality councils of:Tiranë, Durrës, Lushnje, Shkodër and rejection of the multi-member list for members in the municipality council of Lezha Municipality of Alliance for Democracy and Solidarity Party, member of “Alliance for European Albania” coalition, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
11. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Moderated Socialist Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on  adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for members in the municipality councils of Shkodër, Tiranë, Lezhë, Korçë, Durrës of Moderated Socialist Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.  
12. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Demochristian Alliance Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on  adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members of Fier, Kamëz, Tiranë, Durrës and rejected multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, in Vlorë, Lezhë municipalities, of Demo-christian Alliance Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. 
13. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Alliance For European Equality and Justice, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019 .The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members in Lezhë, Durrës Fier and rejection of the multi-member lists of vandidates for the Municipality Council of Elbasan, of Alliance For European Equality and Justice, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019 .
14. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Democratic Belief Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019 .The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members in :Tiranë, Kamëz, Korçë, Elbasan, Durrës, Shkodër, Fier, Lezhë, Vlorë, Lushnje municipalities, of Democratic Belief Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019 .”

15. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Social Democracy Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.“The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members in: Lezhë, Durrës, Lushnje, Fier, Elbasan, Vlorë, Kamëz, Shkodër, Tiranë, of Social Democracy Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. In addition, the CEC rejected multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council of Korça.
16. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by  Liberal Democrat Union Party, member of the coalition  “Hope for change”,for local government elections of June 30, 2019.“The CEC decided on adoption of multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council of Korça and rejection of multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council of  Tiranë, of Liberal Democrat Union Party, member of the coalition  “Hope for change”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
17. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by  New European Democracy Party, member of the coalition  “Hope for change”,for local government elections of June 30, 2019.“ The CEC decided on adoption of multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council of Lezhë, Fier, of New European Democracy Party, member of the coalition  “Hope for change”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
18. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by Democratic Alliance Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council of Lezhë, Durrës, Fier, Tiranë, Korçë and rejection of multi-member lists of candidates for members of municipality council Elbasan, Kamëz, of Democratic Alliance Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. 
19. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by   G-99 Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members in  Korçë, Tiranë, Vlorë, of G-99 Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
20. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by New Democratic Spirit Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members in: Tiranë, Korçë, Elbasan, Durrës and rejection of multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members in Fier, Vlorë, Kamëz, of New Democratic Spirit Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. 
21. “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, filed by   Albanian Democratic Reforms Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members of Tiranë dhe Elbasan, of Albanian Democratic Reforms Party, member of the coalition “Alliance for European Albania” for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
22. “On verification of statements made in the self-declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists for some municipality council according to the attachment in the law no. 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of individuals who are elected, appointed, or who exercise public functions,  for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs  to continue with the procedures of registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality councils of  Cërrik, Has, Kavajë, Malësi e Madhe, of Democratic Belief Party and Dropull Municipality, of Greek Ethnic Minority for the Future Party.
23. “On rejection of the multi-member lists of candidates for members in Tirana Municipality, filed by Red and Black Alliance,  member of Hope for Change coalition, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.  The CEC decided to reject the multi member list of candidates for Tirana municipality Council members, of Red and Black Alliance, member of Hope for Change coalition, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
24. “On reviewing the resignation letter of the candidate for Mayor, Municipality Council of Lezha, Mr. Salvador Kaçaj”. The CEC decided to reject the resignation request of Salvador Kaçaj.
25. “On reviewing the resignation letter of the candidate for Mayor, Kavaja Municipality Council Mayor Mr. Bledar Sinella”. The CEC decided that the documentation in the application file of the candidate for Mayor of Kavaja Municipality, will be sent to the Prosecutor’s Office of Kavaje.
