The Central Election Commission in its daily meeting reviewed and approved the draft decisions as following:

1.  On the approval of the short-term observers and interpreters of the Embassy of Italy, for election observation, for the Assembly, of 25 June 2017.
2. On the approval of the short-term observers of the European Union, for election observation, for the Assembly, of 25 June 2017.
3. On and addendum to Decision no.319, dated 26.05.2017 “On the approval of the interpreters of OSBE/ODIHR, for election observation, for the Assembly of 25 June 2017.
4. On an addendum to Decision no. 393, dated 14.06.2017 “On the approval of the short-term observers of Association for Integration of Informal Zone, for Assembly election, of 25 June 2017”
5. On the approval of one representative of Greek Agency “SOOC”, for election observation, for the Assembly of 25 June 2017.
6. On the approval of short-term observers and interpreters of the Embassy of Slovenia, for election observation, for the Assembly of 25 June 2017.
7. On the approval of the short-term observers and interpreters of the Embassy of Hungary, for the election observation, for the Assembly, of 25 June 2017.
8. On the approval of the journalists and operators of “Tv1 Channel Shkodër” Television, for election observation, for the Assembly, of 25 June, 2017.
9. On the approval of the journalists and operators of Koplik Television, for election observation, for the Assembly, of 25 June, 2017, at Shkoder District.
10. To review the request of the Party “Socialist Movement for Integration”: “On a change to Instruction no.4, dated 09.04.2015: “On the way of establishing and organizing of the ballot counting location, the criteria for setting the numbering of groups, for each ballot counting stations, for setting the rules for division of duties between the members of the counting teams” .
The CEC decided to accept the request of the electoral subject “Socialist Movement for Integration”,  regarding the withdrawal of the request for a change in instruction no. 4, dated 09.04.2015.
11. “On the approval of the number of reserve ballot boxes, to be sent to each CEAZ, for the Assembly elections, of 25 June 2017”.
12. On the release from the duty and appointment of some members and secretaries of CEAZ, for the Assembly elections of 25 June 2017.
13. On the approval of Working Manual of CEAZ, and Counting Team of EAZ, no.42, for the Assembly elections and elections for Mayor of Kavaja Municipality, of 25 June 2017.
14.”For the nullification of Decision no. 405, dated 14.06.2017, “On the announcement of the lottery for all CEAZs, for the assignment of the party which will propose the third member of the CT(Counting Team) for the Parliamentary Elections, dated 25.06.2017”.
15. “For the announcement of the lottery result for all EAZs, for the assignation of the party which will propose the fourth member of the CT, for the Parliamentary Elections, dated 25.06.2017”.
The CEC decided to approve the lottery results, according to which:
– The PJIU will propose the fourth member of the Ballot Counting Teams to the tables numbered in even numbers in all EAZs.
– The RP will propose the fourth member of the Ballot Counting Teams to the tables numbered in odd numbers in all EAZs.
