The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting, reviewed the following draft decisions:

Ø “On release and nominal appointment of the member of CEAZ no. 77, Gjirokaster Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

Ø   “On verification of the statements in the self- declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists for Municipality Council, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the people who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

The CEC decided to notify CEAZ no. 86, to continue the procedures for the registration of the candidates for municipality Council members, Municipality of Himarë, Mrs.  Silva Jorgji Burbo and Mr. Vasillaq Harilla Bollano, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

Ø  “On registration of the candidate for member of the Municipality Council of Elbasan Municipality, Mr. Albert Rapush Shopi, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.The CEC decided to register as independent candidate for member of the Municipality Council of Elbasan Municipality,  for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

Ø  “On verification of the statements in the self- declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists for Municipality Council, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the people who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.

1)      The CEC decided to refuse the candidate Mr. Elidon Beqiri for the Municipality Council of Këlcyrë of  Demochristian Alliance Party and notify the party to replace the candidate within the deadline stipulated for submission of the candidates.

The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the candidates for municipality Council members, Municipality of Pukë, Libohovë, Krujë, Këlcyrë, Kurbin, Malësi e Madhe, Mat, Prrenjas, Mirditë, Klos, Përmet, Gjirokastër, Tropojë, Dibër, of Demochristian Alliance Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

2)       The CEC decided to notify CEAZ no. 11, to continue the procedures for the registration of the candidates for  municipality Council members, Municipality of Kukës, of the Party of Freedom, Democracy and Ethics,for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

3)    The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Pukë, of the National Conservatory Party of Albania, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

4)      The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Peshkopi and Bulqizë, of the Party of Denied Rights, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

5)     The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of; Gjirokastër,  Fushë Arrez, Klos, of Green Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

6)      The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Devoll, Pustec, Patos, Këlcyrë, Mat, Belsh, Divjakë, of Social-Democratic party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

7)      The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of; Pogradec, Bulqizë, Kavajë, Kurbin, of G 99 Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

8)     The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of  Librazhd, Has, Dibër, Ura Vajgurore, Himarë, of Socialist Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

9)      The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no.1 to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of  Malësi e Madhe, of Liberal Democrat Union Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

10) The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Maliq, Devoll, Peqin, Klos, Ura  Vajgurore, of Social Democracy Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

11) The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council ofKukës, Kuçovë, Devoll, Këlcyrë, Pogradec, Tropojë, Maliq, of  Democratic Alliance Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

12)  The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no.74, to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Këlcyrë, of the Party for Workers’ Rights Protection, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

13)  The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Patos, Librazhd, Tropojë, Mat, Divjakë, of the Party  Alliance for Europan Equality and Justice, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

14)  The CEC decided to refuse the candidate Mr. Nezir Ferati for the Municipality Council of Kukës, Albanian Democratic Reforms Party, and notify the party to replace the candidate within the deadline stipulated for the submission of candidates.

The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of; Mat, Gramsh, Has, Këlcyrë, Kukës, Librazhd, Tropojë, Malësi e Madhe, Peqin, of Albanian Democratic Reforms Party, for Albanian Democratic Reforms Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

15)  The CEC decided to reject the nomination of Mr Vilson Çekaj for the municipality council of  Malësi e Madhe Municipality, of Christian Democrat Party and notify the party to replace the candidate within the deadline stipulated for the submission of candidates.

The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Mirditë, Has, Memaliaj, Libohovë, Përmet, Pogradec, Kukës, Fushë-Arrëz, Malësi e Madhe, Pukë, of Christian Democrat Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

16)  The CEC decided to reject the nomination of Mr  Xhevdet Sopaj for the municipality council of Kukes Municipality,  of Hour of Albania and notify the party to replace the candidate within the deadline stipulated for the submission of candidates. In addition, the CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Kukës, Bulqizë, Sarandë, Klos, Kurbin, of the Hour of Albania Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

17) The CEC decided to reject the nomination of Mr. Nikoll Uka for the municipality council of Fushë Arrëz,  Albanian Future Party and notify the party to replace the candidate within the deadline stipulated for the submission of candidates.

 In addition the CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no 08 and no. 09, to continue the procedures of registration of the multi member of  Fushë Arrëz and  Tropojë, of the Albanian Future Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

18)  The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Klos, Pukë, Poliçan, Krujë, Malësi e madhe, Maliq, Krujë, Divjakë, of National Unity Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

19) The CEC decided to notify CEAZ no.11 and 53 to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Kukës and Përrenjas, of Red and Black Alliance for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

20)  The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of; Këlcyrë, Gramsh, of Albanian Emigration Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

21) The CEC decided to reject the nomination of Mr Fatmir Veizaj for municipal council of Mallakastër, Democratic Belief Party, and to notify the party to replace the candidate within the deadline stipulated for the submission of candidates.

The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no.61 to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Mallakastër, Democratic Belief Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

22)  The CEC decided to reject the nomination of Altin Miftari for the municipality council of Bulqiza, of the Communist Party and notify the party to replace the candidate within the deadline stipulated for the submission of candidates.

The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council ofBulqizë and Kukës, of the Communist Party, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

23)  The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Divjakë, Malësi e Madhe, Pukë, of Moderated Socialist Party – Mallkastër Municipality  for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

24)  The CEC decided to notify CEAZ no.69 to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of Pustec, of Macedonians Alliance for European Integration Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

25)  The local government elections of June CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member lists for the municipality council of:  Mirditë, Klos, Pogradec, Pukë, Kukës, Këlcyrë, Përmet, Tepelenë, Selenicë, Maliq, Gramsh, Sarandë, of the National Arber’s Alliance, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

Ø  “On verification of the statements in the self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor  pursuant to the law no 138/2015 “On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions ”.

–         The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the candidates for mayors of the municipality of Cërrik, Kolonjë, Dibër, Malsi e Madhe, Gramsh, Selenicë, Shijak, Kavajë, of Democratic Belief Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

–         The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ no.69 to continue the procedures for the registration of the candidate for mayor of the municipality of  Pustec,    Mr. Edmond Themelko, proposed by the Alliance of Macedonians for Integration Party for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

–          The CEC decided to notify the CEAZ to continue the procedures for the registration of the candidate for mayor of the municipality of  Berat, Mr. Plarent Aleksi, independent candidate for local government elections of June 30, 2019.

Ø  “On verification of the statements made in the self-declaration form of the candidate in the multi member list of Municipality Councils in some municipalties, pursuant to the law no 138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.

The CEC decided to notify the respective CEAZs to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member list for municipality councils, for local government elections of June 30, 2019
