Today, the Central Elections Commission reviewed the following draft decisions:
1. The final report of technical auditors “On supervision of the process of drafting of voters’ list for local government elections of June 30, 2019” The finding and recommendations of the technical auditors will be communicated to the General Directorate of Civil Status Office.
2.“On adoption of short-term observers of the “Center for European Perspective” to observe the local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided
to adopt the request of the Center for European Perspective (CEP) to accredit 3 short -term observers to observe the elections process.
3. “On adoption of the observer of RTK- Radio Television Kosova media, to observe the local government elections of June 30, 2019.”. The CEC decided to adopt the request of Radio Television of Kosova on accreditation of a reporter to observe the elections process.
4.“On adoption of the long-term observers of the Election Panel on Complaints and Claims, Republic of Kosova, to observe the local government elections of June 30, 2019″.
The CEC decided on adoption of the request of Election Panel on Complaints and Claims, Republic of Kosova,(PZAP) to observe the elections process.
5.“On adoption of the Working Manual of CEAZ and BCT for local government elections of June 30, 2019″. The CEC decided to adopt the working manual of the CEAZ and BCT for local government elections. .
6. “On adoption of the training manual of CEAZ, part II, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The CEC decided to adopt the training manual of Commission of Election Zone Administration, part II, for local government elections.
7. “On release from duty and appointment of some members of the CEAZ no..02,03,04,05,72,77 and secretaries of the CEAZ no.05, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
8. “On adoption of the content of the ballot paper for candidates for mayor of Kamza Municipality for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
The CEC decided to adopt the content of the ballot paper for the candidates for mayor in the election zone of Kamza municipality, as follows:
– Mr. Rakip Suli
– Mr. Ylber Gjetja
9. “On adoption of the content of the ballot paper for candidates for mayor in municipalities of Fushë-Arrëz, Vau-Dejes, Krujë, Pogradec, Tiranë, Durrës, Lezhë, Memaliaj, Skrapar, Mirditë, Devoll, Dibër, Gramsh, Tepelenë, Maliq, Cërrik, Belsh, Klos, Kuçovë, Mat, Elbasan, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
The CEC decided to adopt the content of the ballot paper for:

10. On verification of the declarations in the self declaration forms from the multi member lists of the candidates for municipality council, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions. “.
The CEC decided to inform the municipality council to continue the procedures for allocation of the mandate to the candidates in the multi-member list to fill the vacancies in the municipality council as follows:

11. “On review of the proposal to change the ballot counting center of EAZ no. 61, Fieri Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.
12. “On review of the request for the replacement of the chairman of the Social -Democratic Party of Albania, Mr. Skënder Gjinushi”. The CEC decided to replace the name of the chairman of the Social -Democratic Party of Albania, Mr. Skënder Gjinushi” with the name of the co-opted member, Mr. Engjell Bejtaj.
