The Central Elections Commission, in its today’s meeting reviewed the following draft decisions:
- “On drawing the lot to review the complaint no.1, filed by the electoral subject Democratic Belief to the CEC”.
After drawing of the lot and the review of the election complaint, the CEC decided to sustain the request of the subject Democratic Belief Party, with the object “Objection to the Decision of CEAZ no.64, on failure to register the candidate for Mayor of Berat Municipality, Mr. Pavlo Shkarpa, for local government elections of June 30, 2019. The request will be reviewed in the meeting scheduled on May 23, 2019.
- “On release from duty and nominal appointment of the secretary of the CEAZ no.74, member of the CEAZ no.70, member of the CEAZ no. 85, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
- “On adoption of the multi-member lists of candidates for municipality council members, of Tirana Municipality, filed by the Party of Denied Rights, member of the Coalition “Alliance for European Albania”, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
The CEC decided to adopt the multi-member lists of candidates for members of Tirana municipality council, of Denied Rights Party, member of Alliance for European Albania” coalition for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
- “On adoption of the multi-member list of candidates for members of municipality council, filed by the Albanian Future Party, member of Alliance for European Albania” coalition, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
The CEC decided to adopt the multi-member lists of candidates for member of municipality council of Elbasan, Durrës, Lezhë, of Albanian Future Party, member of Alliance for European Albania” coalition, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
- “On adoption of the multi-member list of candidates for members in Vlora municipality council, filed by the Albanian Labour Movement Party, member of Alliance for European Albania” coalition, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
The CEC decided on adoption of the multi-member list of candidates for members in Vlora municipality council, filed by the Albanian Labour Movement Party, member of Alliance for European Albania” coalition, for local government elections of June 30, 2019.
- “On verification of statements made in the self-declaration form of candidates from the multi-member lists for some municipality councils in some municipalities, pursuant to the law no,.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of people who are elected appointed or who exercise public functions for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.
