The CEC, in its today’s meeting, reviewed the following draft decisions:
- “On establishing the Ballot Counting Team in EAZ no. 32, No.36, Tiranë Region, for local government elections of June 30, 2019”.
- “On returning as incomplete the multi-member list of the candidates for municipality council, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″.
- The CEC decided on returning as incomplete the documentation on the registration of multi-member list of the candidates for members of municipality council Tirane, of the Party Red and Black Alliance, for local government elections of June 30 2019.
- The CEC decided on returning as incomplete the documentation on the registration of multi-member list of the candidates for members of municipality council Korce, of the Liberal Democrat Union Party, for local government elections of June 30 2019.
- The CEC decided on returning as incomplete the documentation on the registration of multi-member list of the candidates for members of municipality council , of the Party for local government elections of June 30 2019.
- The CEC decided on returning as incomplete the documentation on the registration of multi-member list of the candidates for members of municipality council, Lezhe Municipality, of the National Front Party, for local government elections of June 30 2019.

- “On verification of the statements on the self-declaration form of the candidate for Mayor, Himara Municipality, Mr. Dhionisios Alfred Petro Beleri, independent candidate, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 “On guaranteeting the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions”.
- The CEC decided to refuse the nomination of Mr. Dhionisios Alfred Petro Beleri, independent candidate for candidate for Mayor, Himara Municipality, for local government elections of June 30 2019.
- “On verification of the statements on the self-declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″
- The CEC decided to refuse the nomination of Mr. Gjin Nika for the council of Shkoder Municipality and inform the Moderated Socialist Party to replace the nomination within the deadlines for submitting the nominations.
- The CEC decided to refuse the nomination of Alfred Alfredaj for the municipality council of Tropoja and inform the Moderated Socialist Party to replace the nomination within the deadline for submission of the nominations. In addition, the CEC decided to inform the CEAZ no.09, to continue the procedures for the registration of the multi-member list for Tropoja municipality council for local government elections.
- “On verification of the statements on the self-declaration form of the candidates from the multi-member lists, Pogradec Municipality Council, pursuant to the law no.138/2015 ”On guaranteeing the integrity of the individuals who are elected, appointed or who exercise public functions, for local government elections of June 30, 2019″
